Terms and conditions

If the reservation is canceled with less than 3 days in advance (5 days for booking with more rooms), an amount equal to the price of the first night of the reservation will be retained.
In case of cancellation or changes made up to 3 days before the date of arrival (5 days before for bookings with more rooms) no cost will be charged.
In case of cancellation or changes made after this finish, 100% of the cost of the first night will be charged.
In case of no show, the full amount of the stay will be charged

FOR RESERVATIONS WITH NON-REFUNDABLE RATE THE ENTIRE AMOUNT WILL BE CHARGED AFTER THE RESERVATION
